I'll miss You at mornings when you are passing my house on your way to work and when would always shout me up and with some humour to make me laugh. I know that would be no more but I also know that where you are now is a much more peaceful place. May your soul Rest in Peace.

(Sigh). Boy Powell...I don't even know what to say me boy. For a couple days after I still didn't want to believe it. Its a shame good things happen to good people. I can honestly say that everything they say about you is true....You were always on a mission to make people laugh dred. Even when u were upset about something you still didn't take it that seriously. We always had conversations about the new phone we were gonna go buy..lol. I really gonna miss that. But Jesus called you home....so we gonna have to respect that. I wish all the best to your family.

I cant forget the days you would show up at my home and help me fold my clothes and even make the bed for me. You would then say..." A DONT WANT WEST ON THIS BED YOU KNOW", just to hear me argue. There was never a time that you went to the shop and didn't bring a drink for me, you were always looking out for other people's interest. I will miss the late night talks outside and the jokes you told (all Jokes has to do with some woman eh). One thing a cant forget and you have made available for me is the love from your mother. Although your gone she still gives me the attention and keeps me posted on everything. If anything's wrong am just a door away and she will come for me. Dont worry Darren, Delroy and the others will take care of her.... and becuz of you i will take care of her too. Thanks for everything.
The funny thing about it is i would see him at the airport and out and about, and i have never spoken to him. But something about him was always friendly. He always had a BIG SMILE on his face and was always the red cap who was very friendly. Mr Powell in this day and age when the youths are going down the wrong road u was someone of hope ST KITTS WILL MISS YOU, HOLD IT DOWN IN HEAVEN
I remember when I was 7 years old and I came 2 st.kitts you were the 1st person I met. You always made laugh and your positive attitude made me a better person. I also remember the day u went to a party and I told u 2 bring me bac sumthing and u brought me doritos but the next day u ate all of it.LOl. Last year when I was in st.kitts u and Aldain were arguing over who had the most clothes and shoes. That was a silly argument but I thought it was hillarious. It's sad b-cuz I'll never get 2 c u again and I was hoping 2 c u next summer. U were and awesome person and there should be more people like u. I'll miss sooooooooo much and every time I hear the song Dilema by Nelly and kelly rowland I'l rember u b-cuz in 2004 that was your absolute favorite song. I'll love 4eva and I definetly will never forget u.
I remember Music Fest 2007 (Saturday), I was standing by Amory just listening to the music inside the park cause I was too cheap to spend my money and go in

Powell came along and we stood there just talking, not on anything in particular but just catching up. By the time we realized, almost a whole hour had passed by.
No matter, when or where, Powell was always a friend.
Really gonna miss him.

Darren .....................you were my friend, although many times I took my fustration out on you ,you would always dig me in my side and say "de brush girl we is friends for life , stop move so on me nuh girl" and I would just laugh and calm right back down as you made your way through our front door. Darren you knew how to be a true friend and you were always there to follow me on a flex. I still believe that one of these nights I will hear you knocking on my bedroom window after you finish hanging out down the road, saying " de brush girl what going on? what you up to girl? " then you would walk through our yard singing out loud.
I could always depend on you for a follow down the road or even to just come over and keep my company. My life changed for the better when you became my neighbour we went from your house to mine watching movies, listening to music and just joking around.You never left my side and my house was your home. I remember one of our biggest jokes, when mommy, Tammy and I were teasing you , when you had a bunch of Lotto tickets in yah pocket rolled up like a stash of money, and we would ask darren boy where you going with them dey? you would reply " When the girls see me they will think is money" you were a trip a true joker........I can go on and on but nothing will ever bring you back.You were Big Social and you would not want us to cry, so for your sake I'll just remember the good old times.

When i saw my boy's screen name i was like couldnt be so i said leh me look at the page and when it came up and i saw it was u tears came rolling down my face i couldnt believe it and even as i write this i still dont believe its u.....
When i land in sk and i gone thru customs and as i look down all u can see is ur big bright smile at the bottom, an before i can grab me bags u come over by me troubling me bout "miss miss leh me help u nuh, u aint see u to pretty to be pulling u own suitcase" and then u use to give me a big tight hug....
I member when i came for Lucio funeral and u see me u come and hug me and said " girl ur gonna be ok, just mek sure u tek care of Lucio princess" ....
Big P, Mr.Powell u will be greatly missed by everyone who had the chance to know u and experience ur wisdom and ur great personality... When u see Lucio tell him hold a spot for me...

I Remember Darren (Powell), one of the only men who I know that can turn a dull day into a bright one, just by seeing him. It was like his #1 goal in life was to put a smile on your face or cheer you up....... I will notice his abscence everyday. A True loss to SK RIP Powell. This is one time I would really like to ask the lord, "Why?"
This is one man that nothing could ever replace.

I remember going airport about to go way..and u see all these boys in they red had and only Powell i useto realise not because of the size but just d presence and personality!!!...he fun outgoing..girl Sensia i feel it for u boy..but aint got no word to describe Powell.. but he fun, always had a smile on he face..he was just full of life..this morning when my mother tell me this ..it just fuck up my whole day..RIP Powell gonna miss u
My time knowing u was short but was very memorable seems like yesterday i would get a text and a call from u that would brighten up my day and the nights we spent liming together u was a good friend and always one to make me laugh i surely will miss u and never would u be fogotten in dreams and thoughts rest in peace powell u really was a good dupes to me
Powell...all that keeps playing is the last time I saw you, less than two weeks ago; it was (as I can recall) the first time I saw YOU FIRST...seems like you always spot me first..I looked at you as you looked DIFFERENT , somehow and I say "AYE POWELL..what's up wid dat..you see me and aint call me, you just a stare in space, u aight?" you simply smiled..a weak and peculiar smile and said I alright man, I cool K-Byron. This why it keeps playing, me wondering if you weren't feeling well all that time.
Always admired how you always had THE TRIPLE-S's back!! When you just come in the office and sit and stare her..seems like all day, she was always happy when you came to sit with her...I would say "boy..wha-u wanna look at her all day for...pls!!!" You would both laugh!
You are one of the most loveable human beings I have ever encountered, I know for sure you are in a better place, even though you have gone too soon. U-MA-BOY Powell, think I told you that b4, wish you could hear me now... U-MA-BOY Powell, want you to know that 4 sure, and that it's gonna be that way forever more.
